The Management Board of Investment Friends Capital SE headquartered in Tallinn, Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145, Estonia informs that on 22/01/2026 the Company received notificationions an reduction in the total number of votes . First notification received from the shareholder PATRO INVEST OÜ (registration number in the Estonian Commercial Register: 14381342) concerning a reduction of its shareholding in the total number of voting rights in Investment Friends Capital SE. Second notification concerning an indirect reduction of its shareholding in the total number of voting rights in Investment Friends Capital SE. The notifications was submitted pursuant to obligation prescribed in § 185 of the Estonian Securities Market Act. The content of the notifications is attached to this announcement.
