Bigbank AS-i juhatuse liikme volituste pikendamine

Bigbank AS nõukogu otsustas 19.01.2026 pikendada juhatuse liikme Mart Veskimägi volitusi järgmiseks kolmeks aastaks alates eelneva ametiaja lõppemisest kuni 05.02.2029. Bigbank AS juhatus jätkab viieliikmelisena: Martin Länts (juhatuse esimees), Ken Kanarik, Argo Kiltsmann, Ingo Põder ja Mart Veskimägi. Rohkem kui 30-aastase tegevusajalooga Bigbank AS (www.bigbank.ee) on Eesti kapitalile kuuluv kommertspank. 30.11.2025 seisuga oli panga bilansimaht kokku 3,2 miljardit eurot ning omakapital 298 miljonit eurot. Üheksas riigis tegutseval pangal on kokku üle 176 000 aktiivse kliendi ning üle 600 töötaja. Extension of the term of office of a Member of the Management Board of Bigbank AS

The supervisory board of Bigbank AS has decided on 19 January 2026 to extend the term of office of Mart Veskimägi as the member of the management board of Bigbank AS for another 3 years, starting from the end of the previous term until the 5(th) of February 2029. The management board of Bigbank AS will continue with five members: Martin Länts (Chairman of the management board), Ken Kanarik, Argo Kiltsmann, Ingo Põder and Mart Veskimägi. With more than 30 years of operation history, Bigbank AS (www.bigbank.eu) is a commercial bank owned by Estonian capital. As of 30.11.2025, the bank's balance sheet total was 3.2 billion euros and equity was 298 million euros. The bank, which operates in nine countries, has a total of over 176,000 active customers and over 600 employees.
