Inbank emiteeris 5,3 miljoni euro eest uusi aktsiaid

AS Inbank emiteeris olemasolevatele ja uutele investoritele suunatud pakkumise käigus 5,3 miljonit euro väärtuses uusi aktsiaid, mille tulemusel tõusis Inbanki omakapitali turuväärtus 236 miljoni euroni. Aktsiate märkimine toimus ajavahemikul 15. detsember 2025 kuni 29. detsember 2025. Kokku väljastati 25-le investorile 265 000 uut aktsiat. Ühe pakutud aktsia hind oli 20 eurot, millest 0,10 eurot moodustas nimiväärtus ja 19,90 eurot ülekurss. Pärast aktsiakapitali suurendamise registreerimist Eesti äriregistris, saab Inbanki aktsiakapitali suuruseks 1 178 816,30 eurot ja aktsiate koguarv ulatub 11 788 163-ni. Täiendav kapital toetab Mobire Group'i laienemist Balti riikides. Inbank sai autode täisteenusrendi ettevõtte Mobire ainuomanikuks 2025. aasta novembris. Kommenteerib Inbanki finantsjuht Marko Varik: "Meil on hea meel näha nii suurt huvi Inbanki aktsiaemissiooni vastu. See näitab laiapõhjalist toetust nii olemasolevate kui ka mitmete uute investorite poolt ning usaldust meie ärimudeli ja finantstulemuste vastu. Meie eesmärk on pikaajalise väärtuse loomine investoritele ja on julgustav näha, et Inbanki väärtus on tõusnud rekordilise 236 miljoni euroni." Inbank issued €5.3 million worth of new shares

AS Inbank has issued new shares worth EUR5.3 million through a direct offering to existing shareholders and new investors, increasing the market value of Inbank's equity to EUR236 million. The subscription period took place from 15 December 2025 to 29 December 2025. A total of 265,000 new shares were issued to 25 investors. The offer price per share was EUR20, comprising a nominal value of EUR0.10 and a share premium of EUR19.90. Following registration of the share capital increase in the Estonian Commercial Register, Inbank's share capital will be EUR1,178,816.30, and the total number of shares will be 11,788,163. With this additional capital, Inbank is well positioned to support Mobire Group's expansion in the Baltics. Mobire Group, a full-service car rental company, was fully acquired by Inbank in November 2025.
