Eesti Energia lõpetas krediidireitingu lepingu S&P’ga

25. septembril 2025 lõpetas Eesti Energia oma pikaajalise emitendi krediidireitingu lepingu S&P Global Ratings'iga. Reiting oli lepingu lõpetamise hetkel BB+ negatiivse väljavaatega. Reitingu lepingu lõpetamine ei mõjuta ettevõtte finantsseisundit, igapäevast tegevust ega kohustusi investorite ja sidusrühmade ees. Ettevõte jääb pühendunuks läbipaistvuse tagamisele ning jätkab Moody'se ja Fitchi reitingute hoidmist. Eesti Energia has withdrawn its rating with S&P
Teade
On 25 September 2025, Eesti Energia has withdrawn its long-term issuer credit rating with S&P Global Ratings. At the time of the withdrawal the rating stood at BB+ with a negative outlook. The withdrawal of the rating does not affect the Company's financial position, ongoing operations, or obligations towards its investors and stakeholders.
