Virumaa Teataja veebilehel ilmunud info täpsustus

Eile, 20. augustil Virumaa Teataja veebilehel (https://virumaateataja.postimees.ee/8308256/ametlikult-hakkab-tapa-ujulat- ehitama-aquatapa-tegelik-rajaja-on) avaldatud ja BNSi vahendatud uudise kohaselt sõlmisid Tapa vald ja AquaTapa OÜ 18. augustil Tapa ujula hoonestusõiguse lepingu ning ujula rajab Merko Ehitus. Täpsustame infot: AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv AS Merko Ehitus Eesti on ehituse tellijaga lepingueelsetes läbirääkimistes. Lepingu sõlmimisel avaldame vastavasisulise börsiteate. AS Merko Ehitus Eesti (merko.ee (http://www.merko.ee/)) on tunnustatud Eesti ehitusettevõte, mis teostab üld-, insener- ja elamuehituse töid. Correction of information published on the website of Virumaa Teataja

According to news published yesterday, August 20, on the website (https://virumaateataja.postimees.ee/8308256/ametlikult-hakkab-tapa-ujulat- ehitama-aquatapa-tegelik-rajaja-on) of Virumaa Teataja and mediated by BNS, Tapa municipality and AquaTapa OÜ signed a contract for the right of superficies of the Tapa swimming pool on August 18, and it will be built by Merko Ehitus. To clarify the information: AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, a part of the AS Merko Ehitus group, is in pre-contractual negotiations with the ordering party. We will notify about the signing of the agreement with a relevant stock exchange announcement.
