Blue Marine ehitustöödega alustamine ja tütarettevõtete loomine Lätis AS Pro Kapital Grupp annab teada, et on alustanud Blue Marine hoone ehitustöid, mis on järgmine arendusetapp prestiizhses Kl?versala kvartalis Riias. UNESCO maailmapärandi kaitsealale jääv ligi viie hektari suurune Kl?versala kvartal paikneb ainulaadses asukohas, Daugava jõe kaldal ja ?genskalnsi lahe ääres. Blue Marine, mis on oma nime saanud lähedal asuva jõe ja naabruses asuva jahisadama järgi, peegeldab vaikset ja luksuslikku elustiili. Tegemist on 7- korruselise elamuhoonega, kus on 96 hoolikalt läbimõeldud 1-5-toalist korterit. Blue Marine on Kl?versala Kvartali arenduse järgmine etapp ning saab olema lahutamatu osa sellest linnalikust tervikust, ühendades kaasaegse arhitektuuri, kvaliteetsed materjalid ja hästi läbimõeldud rohelise elukeskkonna. Projekti eesmärk on pakkuda elegantset ja jätkusuutlikku elukeskkonda, mida toetavad energiatõhusad lahendused ja ajatu disain. Arenduse juurde kuuluvad ka maa-alune parkla ning avar haljastatud sisehoov, mis ümbritseb hoonet. Hoone arhitektuurse lahenduse autor on Aivars Kagainis, büroost Project Office Griet?ns and Kagainis, mis on tuntud oma moodsa ja funktsionaalse, detailitäpse arhitektuuri poolest. Sisekujunduse on loonud Jana Korolova ja Andrey Korolyov, ühendades ajatuse ja mugavuse. Projekti elluviimiseks asutas Grupp 2025. aasta juunis kaks tütarettevõtet: SIA Pro Kapital Latvia Engineering, mis vastutab ehitusjuhtimise eest Lätis. SIA Pro Kapital Latvia Engineering osakapitali suuruseks on 5 000EUR, mis kuulub ühingu asutamisel 100% SIA-le Pro Kapital Latvia. Uue asutatud ühingu juhatuse liikmeteks on AS-i Pro Kapital Grupp juhatuse liige Edoardo Axel Preatoni ja AS- i Pro Kapital Latvia juhatuse liige Martins Kusins. SIA BM Kl?versala, mis loodi Blue Marine projekti arendamise eesmärgil. SIA BM Kliversala osakapitali suuruseks on 2 600 000EUR, mis kuulub ühingu asutamisel 100% SIA-le Kliversala. Uue asutatud ühingu juhatuse liikmeteks on AS-i Pro Kapital Grupp juhatuse liige Edoardo Axel Preatoni ja AS-i Pro Kapital Latvia juhatuse liige Martins Kusins. Tütarettevõtete asutamine ei oma olulist mõju AS-i Pro Kapital Grupp (emitendi) majandustegevusele. AS Pro Kapital Grupp informeerib investoreid börsisüsteemi kaudu täiendavalt, kui projekti osas on tehtud täiendavaid otsuseid. Start of construction works on the Blue Marine and establishment of subsidiaries in Latvia AS Pro Kapital Grupp announces the start of construction works of the Blue Marine residential building - the next phase in the development of the prestigious Kl?versala Quarter in Riga. Located on a nearly five-hectare land plot within the UNESCO heritage protection area, Kl?versala Quarter stands out for its exceptional location on the banks of the Daugava River and by ?genskalns Bay. Blue Marine, named after its proximity to the river and the neighbouring yacht port, reflects a quietly luxurious lifestyle. It is a 7-storey residential building comprising 96 thoughtfully designed apartments ranging from 1-5-room layouts. As the next step in the Kl?versala Quarter development, Blue Marine will be an integral part of this urban ensemble, blending contemporary architecture, high-quality materials, and a well-considered green living environment. The project aims to provide a refined and sustainable living experience, supported by energy-efficient solutions and timeless design. The development also includes an underground parking facility and a spacious landscaped courtyard surrounding the building. The architectural concept of the building has been designed by Aivars Kagainis, lead architect at Project Office Griet?ns and Kagainis, a firm recognised for its modern, functional, and detail-focused architecture. Interior design is provided by Jana Korolova and Andrey Korolyov, ensuring timeless aesthetics and comfort. For the implementation of the project, the Group established two subsidiaries in June 2025: SIA Pro Kapital Latvia Engineering, responsible for construction project management in Latvia. The share capital of SIA Pro Kapital Latvia Engineering is EUR 5 000, which upon the establishment of the company belongs 100% to SIA Pro Kapital Latvia. The members of the management board of the new company are Edoardo Axel Preatoni, the CEO of AS Pro Kapital Grupp and Martins Kusins, the management board member of AS Pro Kapital Latvia. SIA BM Kl?versala, established for the purpose of developing the Blue Marine project. The share capital of SIA BM Kl?versala is EUR 2 600 000, which upon the establishment of the company belongs 100% to SIA Kliversala. The members of the management board of the new company are Edoardo Axel Preatoni, the CEO of AS Pro Kapital Grupp and Martins Kusins, the management board member of AS Pro Kapital Latvia. The establishment of subsidiaries does not have a significant impact on the economic activities of AS Pro Kapital Grupp (the issuer). AS Pro Kapital Grupp shall inform the investors through the Stock Exchange system additionally when further decisions have been made regarding the project.
