Ehitusleping Lätis (Augstkalni tuulepargi vundamendid, elektrikaabeldus ja teed)

10. juulil 2025 sõlmisid AS-i Merko Ehitus 100% tütarettevõtete UAB Merko Statyba ja SIA Merko B?ve ühisettevõte PS MB.MS ning SIA WPR 2, mis on SIA Za?? Elektr?ba 100% tütarettevõte, lepingu 16 tuuliku vundamentide, elektrikaabelduse ja teede ehitamiseks Lätis Smiltene vallas asuvas tuulepargis. Lepingu maksumus on üle 30 miljoni euro, millele lisandub käibemaks. Projekti valmimise tähtaeg on 2027. aasta teises kvartalis. UAB Merko Statyba (merko.lt (https://merko.lt/en/)) on tunnustatud Leedu ehitusettevõte, mis teostab üld-, insener- ja elamuehituse töid ning on tõusnud juhtivaks tuulikute vundamentide ehitajaks. Üle 200 vundamendi rajamise kogemus ja sektorile spetsialiseerunud professionaalide meeskond võimaldab ettevõttel viia ellu tuuleparkide ehitusprojekte kogu Baltikumis. Construction contract in Latvia (Augstkalni wind farm foundations, electrical cables and roads)

On 10 July 2025 PS MB.MS, a joint venture entity of UAB Merko Statyba and SIA Merko B?ve, both fully owned subsidiaries of AS Merko Ehitus group, and SIA WPR 2, a fully owned subsidiary of SIA Za?? Elektr?ba, entered into the contract to perform the construction of foundations for 16 wind turbines, electrical cables and roads in a windfarm located in the Smiltene parish in Latvia. The contract value is above EUR 30 million euros, plus value added tax. The project is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2027.
