A-SELVERI PRESSIKONVERENTS LÄTIS
Teade
Seoses täna toimuva Tallinna Kaubamaja AS tütarettevõtte AS A-Selver pressikonverentsiga Lätis avaldame alljärgneva info: Tallinna Kaubamaja kontsern alustas esimese Selveri kaupluse ehitust Lätis käesoleva aasta märtsis. Selveri kauplus kogupindalaga 8500 m2 saab asuma Ogres. Kaupluse põhirentnikuks on Selver pindalaga 2500 m2. Selverile lisaks renditakse pinda 17 rentnikule, kelle käsutusse jääb 1800 m2. Kaupluse alla rajatakse 142-kohaline autoparkla. Kokku investeeritakse projekti üle 130 miljoni krooni (8,5 miljonit eurot). Kauplus on plaanis avada käesoleva aasta detsembris. A-SELVER PRESS CONFERENCE IN LATVIA

We are publishing the following information in association with the press conference of AS A-Selver, a subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS, in Latvia: The Tallinna Kaubamaja Group started building the first Selver store in Latvia in March this year. The total area of the Selver store is 8,500 m2 and it will be located in Ogre. The main tenant of the store is Selver with 2,500 m2. Premises will also be rented to 17 other tenants, who will be sharing 1,800 m2. The store will also have an underground car park with 142 parking spaces.
