Põhikirja muudatuste registreerimine.
Teade
Atlantis SE, mille registreeritud asukoht on Tallinnas, juhatus teatab, et 20.06.2025 registreeris Eesti õiguse kohaselt pädev äriregistr (Ariregister) Seltsi põhikirja muudatused, mis tulenevad 6.03.2025 toimunud aktsionäride erakorralisel üldkoosolekul vastu võetud otsustest. Seoses eeltooduga on Seltsi põhikirja punktide 2.1 ja 2.4 kehtiv sõnastus järgmine: ,, 2.1. Seltsi minimaalne aktsiakapital on 700 000 (seitsesada tuhat) eurot ja maksimaalne aktsiakapital on 2 800 000 (kaks miljonit kaheksasada tuhat) eurot.“ ,, Seltsi nimiväärtuseta aktsiate minimaalne arv on 7 000 000 (seitse miljonit) aktsiat ja maksimaalne nimiväärtuseta aktsiate arv on 28 000 000 (kakskümmend kaheksa miljonit) aktsiat.“ Atlantis SE aktsiakapital on praegu 700 000 eurot, mis on jagatud 7 000 000 nimiväärtuseta aktsiaks, mille raamatupidamislik väärtus on 0,10 eurot aktsia kohta. Käesolevale aruandele on lisatud emitent põhikirja kehtiv sõnastus poola, inglise ja eesti keeles.

Registration of amendments to the Articles of Association.

The Management Board of Atlantis SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 20/06/2025 the Commercial Companies Register (Ariregister) competent for Estonian law, registered the amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 6/03/2025. In connection with the above, the current wording of point 2.1 and 2.4 of the Company’s Articles of Association is as follows: ,, 2.1. The minimum amount of share capital of the Company is 700 000 (seven hundred thousand) euros and the maximum amount of share capital is 2 800 000 (two million eight hundred thousand) euros.” ,, The minimum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 7 000 000 (seven million) shares and the maximum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 28 000 000 (twenty-eight million) shares.” Currently, the share capital of Atlantis SE amounts to EUR 700,000 and is divided into 7,000,000 shares without par value with a book value of EUR 0.10 per share. Attached to this report, the Issuer provides the current wording of the Articles of Association in the Polish, English and Estonian language versions.
