Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Tapa sõjaväelinnaku kasarmu)

AS Nordecon ja Riigi Kaitseinvesteeringute Keskus sõlmisid lepingu liitlastele mõeldud kasarmu projekteerimiseks ja ehitamiseks Tapa linnakusse. Lepingu maht on 5,3 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks, ning hoone valmib 2026. aasta kevadel. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Ukrainas ja Rootsis. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni 2024. aasta auditeerimata konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 224 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd 435 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud Nasdaq Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas. Construction contract (Tapa Army Base Barracks)

AS Nordecon and the Estonian Centre for Defence Investments have signed a contract for the design and construction of a barracks intended for allied forces in the Tapa Army Base. The contract is valued at 5.3 million euros, plus VAT, and the building is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2026. Nordecon (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) is a group of construction companies whose core business is construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and infrastructures segment.
