On June 20 in 2008 AS Kalev Real Estate Company issued bonds with a term of 3
months. The maturity date will be on September 20 in 2008. The issuer issued
bonds in total of 4.8 million Euros (75.9 million EEK). 

The nominal value of the bond is 1,000 euros, interest rate being 12% for year.

Fulfillment of the obligations arising from bonds will be guaranteed by AS
Kalev. The bond issue is organized by AS Kalev. 

The purpose of the bond issue is to redeem AS Kalev Real Estate Company bonds
that were issued in December 2007. 

Investors who subscribed bonds showed great interest towards bond issuing. The
value of purchase offers during subscribing exceeded the issuing value
approximately 2 times.
