Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Korterelamu Ovrutši linnas Ukrainas)

Nordecon AS koos tütarettevõttega Eurocon Ukraine TOV ühispakkujatena ja SA Eesti Rahvusvahelise Arengukoostöö Keskus (ESTDEV) sõlmisid ehituse töövõtulepingu hoone rekonstrueerimiseks sisepõgenikele mõeldud korterelamuks Ukrainas, Zhõtomõri oblastis, Ovrutshi linnas. Lepingu maksumus on 1,8 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks, ja ehitusperiood on 275 päeva. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Ukrainas ja Rootsis. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni 2023. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 278 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd 430 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud Nasdaq Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas. Construction contract (Apartment building in Ovruch, Ukraine)

Nordecon AS, together with its subsidiary Eurocon Ukraine TOV as joint bidders, and the Estonian Centre for International Development (ESTDEV) have signed a construction contract for the reconstruction of a building into an apartment complex for internally displaced persons in Ovruch, Zhytomyr Oblast, Ukraine. The contract value is 1.8 million euros, plus VAT, and the construction period is 275 days. Nordecon (www.nordecon.com) is a group of construction companies whose core business is construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and infrastructures segment. Geographically the Group operates in Estonia, Ukraine and Sweden. The parent of the Group is Nordecon AS, a company registered and located in Tallinn, Estonia.
