Olulise osaluse omandamine Saku Õlletehase AS-s Saku Õlletehase AS-i on teavitatud, et 28. mail 2008 omandas Carlsberg Estonia Holding OÜ kõik Baltic Beverages Holding AB-le kuulunud Saku Õlletehase AS aktsiad ehk kokku 6 000 841 aktsiat, mis moodustab ligikaudu 75,01% kõigist Saku Õlletehase AS aktsiatest ning aktsiatega esindatud häältest. Acquisition of major holding in Saku Õlletehase AS Saku Õlletehase AS has been notified that on 28 May 2008 Carlsberg Estonia Holding OÜ acquired all shares of Saku Õlletehase AS held by Baltic Beverages Holding AB, i.e. 6,000,841 shares in total representing approximately 75.01 % of all shares of Saku Õlletehase AS and of votes represented by the shares.
