PARANDUSTEADE: Saku Õlletehase AS enamusaktsionäri kohta

29. aprillil 2008 avalikustas Saku Õlletehase AS teate “Saku Õlletehase AS-i 75% aktsiate omanikuks on tänasest Carlsberg Baltic. Saku Õlletehase AS teeb käesolevaga järgmise paranduse nimetatud teate osas. Tänase päeva, 7. mai 2008 seisuga kuulub 75% Saku Õlletehase AS aktsiatest Baltic Beverages Holding AB-le ning nimetatud äriühingu ärinimi ei ole muutunud. Tänase päeva, 7. mai 2008 seisuga kuulub Carlsberg Group'ile 50% Baltic Beverages Holding AB aktsiatest. Baltic Beverages Holding AB saab Carlsberg Group'i 100%-liseks tütarettevõtjaks pärast seda, kui Carlsberg Breweries A/S omandab ülejäänud 50% osaluse Baltic Beverages Holding AB-s, mille lõppomanik on olnud Scottish & Newcastle PLC. CORRECTION: Regarding majority shareholder of Saku Õlletehase AS

On April 29, 2008 Saku Õlletehase AS published an announcement “75% of the shares of Saku Õlletehase AS went to the ownership of Carlsberg Baltic”. Saku Õlletehase AS hereby makes the following correction to this announcement. As of today, May 7, 2008, 75% of the shares of Saku Õlletehase AS are held by Baltic Beverages Holding AB and the business name of this company has not been changed. As of today, May 7, 2008, the Carlsberg Group holds 50% of the shares in Baltic Beverages Holding AB. Baltic Beverages Holding AB will become a 100% subsidiary of the Carlsberg Group following the acquisition by Carlsberg Breweries A/S of the other 50% shareholding in Baltic Beverages Holding AB which has been ultimately held by Scottish & Newcastle PLC.
