Saku Õlletehase AS-i 75 %-lise osalusega suuromanikuks on tänasest, 29.
aprillist Carlsberg Baltic, senise nimega Baltic Beverages Holding AB.
Carlsberg Baltic kuulub 100 %-liselt firmale Carlsberg Group. Varem oli BBH AB
omanikeks 50 %-ga Scottish &amp; Newcastle ja 50 %-ga Carlsberg. 25 % Saku
Õlletehase AS-i aktsiatest on vabalt kaubeldavad Tallinna Börsi lisanimekirjas.

75% of the shares of Saku Õlletehase AS went to the ownership of Carlsberg Baltic

Teade

As of today, April 29, 2008, 75% of the shares of Saku Õlletehase AS are in the
ownership of Carlsberg Baltic (the hitherto Baltic Beverages Holding AB).
Carslberg Baltic belongs to Carlsberg Group. The previous owners of BBH AB were
Scottish &amp; Newcastle and Carlsberg Group both owning 50% of the shares. 25% of
the shares of Saku Õlletehase AS are freely tradable on Tallinn Stock Exchange
in a secondary list.
