Ehitusleping Lätis (tudegihotell Riias)

27. augustil 2024 sõlmisid AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv SIA Merko B?ve ja SIA Duck Slokas projekteerimis-ehituslepingu tudengihotelli "Duck Republik" rajamiseks Riias aadressil Slokas iela 51. Leping hõlmab kolme maapealse ja ühe maa-aluse korrusega hoone, territooriumi ja infrastruktuuri projekteerimist ja ehitamist. 7680 m² üldpinnaga hotellis on 210 täielikult sisustatud tuba 249 tudengile, ühisruumid koos puhkeala ja jõusaaliga. Lepingu maksumus on ligikaudu 12,3 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Tööde valmimise tähtaeg on 2026. aasta mais. SIA Merko B?ve on Läti ehitusettevõte, mis teostab üld-, insener- ja elamuehituse töid. Construction contract in Latvia (student hotel in Riga)

On August 27, 2024, SIA Merko B?ve, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and SIA Duck Slokas entered into a design-and-build construction contract of student hotel "Duck Republik" located in R?ga, Slokas iela 51. The contract includes design and construction of 3-storey building with additional underground floor, its territory and infrastructure. The hotel with gross area of 7,680 m² will have fully furnished 210 rooms for 249 students, common rooms with recreation area and gym. Value of the contract is approximately EUR 12.3 million, plus value added tax. Construction works are scheduled to be completed in May 2026.
