SIA Merks Mājas juhatuse liikme nimetamine

AS Merko Ehituse kontserni kuuluva ettevõtte SIA Merks M?jas ainuosanik otsustas nimetada ettevõtte juhatuse liikmeks Roberts R?boksi, volituse tähtaja algusega 06. juuni 2024. Roberts R?boks asendab SIA Merks M?jas juhatuses Mikus Freimanist, kelle lahkumisest teatasime 08.05.2024 börsiteates (https://view.news.eu.nasdaq.com/view?id=bf2f002604755f0a63332e511e80d6105&lang= et). Seejärel jätkab SIA Merks M?jas juhatus kaheliikmelisena: Egija Smila ja Roberts R?boks. Kontserni Läti tütarettevõtete juht Egija Smila: ?Mul on hea meel tervitada Robertsit Merks M?jase uue juhatuse liikme ja tegevjuhina. Oleme tänulikud oma pühendunud töötajatele, kes on oma silmapaistva tööga aidanud kaasa Merko Ehituse kontserni ettevõtete kasvule Lätis. Robertsi 14-aastane ehitusalane kogemus Merko Ehitus kontsernis on meie korteriarendusärile tohutuks eeliseks, pakkudes ärile väärtuslikku täiendavat oskust ning põnevat uut väljakutset talle endale." Appointment of a Member of the Management Board of SIA Merks Mājas

The sole shareholder of SIA Merks M?jas, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, decided to appoint Mr. Roberts R?boks as a Member of the Management Board of the company, starting from 6 June 2024. Mr. Roberts R?boks replaces in the Management Board of SIA Merks M?jas Mr. Mikus Freimanis, whose resignation we notified in 08 May 2024 stock exchange announcement (https://view.news.eu.nasdaq.com/view?id=bf2f002604755f0a63332e511e80d6105&lang= en). Thereafter the Management Board of SIA Merks M?jas will continue with two members: Mrs. Egija Smila and Mr. Roberts R?boks. Egija Smila, the Country Head of the group's Latvian subsidiaries said: "I am pleased to welcome Roberts as the new member of the board and CEO of Merks M?jas. We are incredibly grateful to our devoted employees who, through their outstanding performance, have contributed to the growth of Merko Ehitus group companies in Latvia.
