Enefit Greeni juhatuse esimees Aavo Kärmas lahkub kokkuleppel nõukoguga ametist alates 1. juulist 2024

Ettevõtte nõukogu alustab uue juhatuse esimehe otsingut lähiajal. Aavo Kärmase volitused Enefit Greeni juhatuse liikme ja esimehena algasid 5. juulil 2017. ?Tulin ettevõttesse eesmärgiga seda oluliselt kasvatada ja börsile viia. Alustades oli meie meeskonnas 90 töötajat ja tootmisüksused asusid ainult Eestis, lisaks üks elektrijaam Lätis. Nüüd tegutseme viies riigis ja meeskonnas on 127 pühendunud töötajat. Ehituses olevate projektide valmimisel saab tootmisvõimsus olema üle kahe korra suurem kui seitse aastat tagasi. Lisaks on Enefit Greenil börsil suur investorkogukond - 64 000 investorit, kellele väärtuse loomiseks oleme ettevõtet arendanud," kommenteeris Aavo Kärmas. Enefit Greeni nõukogu esimehe Andrus Durejko sõnul on ettevõte Aavo Kärmase eestvedamisel kasvanud kogu Baltikumi suurimaks tuuleenergia tootjaks ning üheks suurimaks Nasdaq Balti börsidel noteeritud ettevõtteks: ?Tegevusi on laiendatud Soome, Lätti, Leetu ja Poola ning korraldatud edukas aktsiate börsile viimine. Ettevõte opereerib tuuleparke Eestis ja Leedus, päikeseparke Eestis ja Poolas, kütusena olmeprügi kasutavat koostootmisjaama Eestis ning hüdroelektrijaama Eestis. Lisaks arendab ettevõte mitmeid tuule- ning päikeseparke ülalnimetatud riikides ja Soomes. 2023. aasta lõpu seisuga oli ettevõtte installeeritud elektritootmise koguvõimsus 515 MW ning soojusenergia tootmise koguvõimsus 50 MW. 2023. majandusaasta jooksul tootis ettevõte 1 343 GWh elektrienergiat, 604 GWh soojusenergiat ja 156 tuhat tonni pelleteid. 2023. aasta lõpus väljus Enefit Green biomassi kütusena kasutavatest koostootmise ning pelletitootmise äridest.

In near future, the supervisory board will start the recruitment process for a new chairman of the management board. Aavo Kärmas' mandate as a member of the management board and chairman of Enefit Green commenced on 5 July 2017.
