Parandusteade: LHV Groupi 2023. aasta II kvartali ja 6 kuu auditeerimata majandustulemused

18.07.2023 avalikustas AS LHV Group börsiteate AS-i LHV Group 2023. aasta II kvartali ja 6 kuu auditeerimata majandustulemuste kohta, mis on kättesaadav siin: https://view.news.eu.nasdaq.com/view?id=b607582df86739b1887d7099af170f24f&lang=e t&src=listed. Börsiteatele oli lisatud AS-i LHV Group vahearuanne jaanuar - juuni 2023, mille Lisas 1 (Raamatupidamisarvestuse põhimõtted) on viide selle kohta, et lühendatud konsolideeritud vahearuanded on läbinud ülevaatuse. See viide on eksitav ja käesolevaga AS LHV Group selle eksitava viite parandab. AS-i LHV Group auditeerimata vahearuandele jaanuar - juuni 2023 ei ole tehtud audiitori ülevaatust. Vastava perioodi finantstulemused on audiitori poolt üle vaadatud vastavalt rahvusvahelisele ülevaatuse teenuse standardile ISRE 2410, kuid antud ülevaatus on suunatud vaid regulaatorile vahekasumi kaasamiseks esimese taseme omavahendite hulka ning ei ole kasutatav muuks otstarbeks. Correction: LHV Group's unaudited financial results for Q2 and 6 months of 2023

On 18 July 2023, AS LHV Group disclosed the market announcement regarding AS LHV Group's unaudited financial results for Q2 and 6 months of 2023, that is available using the link: https://view.news.eu.nasdaq.com/view?id=b607582df86739b1887d7099af170f24f&lang=e n&src=listed. Attached to the market announcement was the Interim Report January - June 2023, including Note 1 (Accounting Policies) containing a reference that the condensed consolidated interim reports had been reviewed. This reference has been misleading and hereby AS LHV Group will correct the mentioned misleading reference. The unaudited Interim Report January - June 2023 of AS LHV Group has not been reviewed by the auditor. The financial results of the corresponding period have been reviewed by the auditor in accordance with the international review service standard ISRE 2410, but this review is directed only to the regulator to include the interim profit in the first-tier own funds and is not usable for any other purpose.
