Enefit Greeni 2022. aasta auditeeritud aastaaruanne ja kasumi jaotamise ettepanek

Enefit Green AS (edaspidi Selts) nõukogu on heaks kiitnud Seltsi 2022. aasta auditeeritud aastaaruande ja saadab selle kinnitamiseks aktsionäride üldkoosolekule. Võrreldes 28. veebruaril 2023. a. avaldatud auditeerimata vahearuandega ei ole auditeeritud aastaaruandes olulisi erinevusi. Seltsi konsolideeritud 2022. aasta aastaaruanne ESEF formaadis koos lisatud sõltumatu vandeaudiitori aruandega on lisatud antud teatele ja tehakse kättesaadavaks Seltsi kodulehel aadressil https://enefitgreen.ee/investorile/ Kasumi jaotamise ettepanek Enefit Green grupi jaotamata kasum seisuga 31.12.2022 oli 225 190 tuhat eurot, sh lõppenud majandusaasta kasum 110 207 tuhat eurot. Lisaks arendab ettevõte mitmeid tuule- ning päikeseparke ülalnimetatud riikides ja Soomes. 2022. aasta lõpu seisuga oli ettevõtte installeeritud elektritootmise koguvõimsus 457 MW ning soojusenergia tootmise koguvõimsus 81 MW. 2022. majandusaasta jooksul tootis ettevõte 1 118 GWh elektrienergiat, 565 GWh soojusenergiat ja 154 tuhat tonni pelleteid.

Enefit Green 2022 audited annual report and profit allocation proposal

The supervisory board of Enefit Green AS (hereinafter the ?Company") has approved the 2022 audited annual report of the Company and will submit it to the Annual General Meeting (hereinafter the ?AGM") for approval. Compared to the unaudited interim report published on 28 February 2023, there are no material differences in the audited report.
