Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Sopi-Tootsi tuulepark)

AS Nordecon kontserni ettevõte Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brändinimi NOBE) ja Verston OÜ ühispakkujatena ning Enefit Green ASi tütarettevõtted Tootsi Windpark OÜ ja Enefit Wind Purtse AS sõlmisid peatöövõtu lepingu Sopi-Tootsi tuulepargi projekteerimis- ja ehitustööde teostamiseks Eestis, Põhja-Pärnumaa vallas. Rajatav tuulepark koosneb 38 tuulegeneraatorist, mille püstitamiseks ehitatakse välja teede- ja elektrivõrgustik ning generaatorite vundamendid. Lepingu kogumaksumus on ligikaudu 67,3 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks, ning tööd valmivad 2024. aasta lõpuks. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Soomes, Ukrainas ja Rootsis. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni 2021. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 289 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd ligi 670 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud Nasdaq Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas. Construction contract (Sopi-Tootsi windfarm)

NOBE (corporate name Nordecon Betoon OÜ), a Nordecon group company, and Verston OÜ as joint bidders entered into a general contract with Tootsi Windpark OÜ and Enefit Wind Purtse AS, Enefit Green group companies for the design and construction of a windfarm in Põhja-Pärnumaa, Estonia. The windfarm will consist of 38 wind turbines, for which the road and electricity network as well as foundations for the turbines will be built. The total value of the contract is close to 67.3 million euros plus value added tax and the construction works will be completed by the end of 2024.
