Enefit Green sõlmis rahastuskokkulepped SEB ja Põhjamaade Investeerimispangaga

6. jaanuaril 2023 allkirjastas Enefit Green 325 miljoni euro ulatuses kokkuleppeid SEB ja Põhjamaade Investeerimispangaga (NIB) oma käimasoleva investeerimisprogrammi rahastamiseks. Põhjamaade Investeerimispangaga sõlmitud laenulepingu summa on 100 miljonit eurot ja laenu periood 12 aastat. SEB-ga sõlmitud kokkulepete kogumahuks on kuni 225 miljonit eurot ja perioodiks seitse aastat. Enefit Green kasutab kaasatavat võõrkapitali Sopi-Tootsi, Kelme I ja Tolpanvaara tuuleparkide ehitamiseks Eestis, Leedus ja Soomes ning Purtse päikesepargi rajamiseks Eestis. Enefit Greenil on lõplikud investeerimisotsused tehtud ja ehitus käimas kuue tuulepargi ja nelja päikesepargi osas Leedus, Eestis, Poolas ja Soomes koguvõimsusega 596 MW. Nende ehituste valmimisel järgneva kahe aasta jooksul kasvab Enefit Greeni elektritootmise koguvõimsus 1 053 MW-ni. Esimestena on valmimas 43 MW Shilale II ja 75 MW Akmene tuulepargid Leedus. Ettevõttele kuuluvad tuulepargid Eestis ja Leedus, koostootmisjaamad Eestis ja Lätis, päikesepargid Eestis ja Poolas, pelletitehas Lätis ning hüdroelektrijaam Eestis. Lisaks arendab ettevõte mitmeid tuule- ning päikeseparke ülalnimetatud riikides ja Soomes. 2021. aasta lõpu seisuga oli ettevõtte installeeritud elektritootmise koguvõimsus 457 MW ning soojusenergia tootmise koguvõimsus 81 MW. 2021. majandusaasta jooksul tootis ettevõte 1193 GWh elektrienergiat ja 618 GWh soojusenergiat.

Enefit Green signed agreements with SEB and Nordic Investment Bank to raise debt financing

On 6 January 2023, Enefit Green signed agreements in the amount of EUR 325 million with SEB and Nordic Investment Bank (NIB) to finance its ongoing investment programme. The amount of the loan agreement signed with the Nordic Investment Bank is 100 million euros and the loan period is 12 years. The total volume of agreements concluded with SEB is up to 225 million euros and the agreed financing period is seven years. Enefit Green will use this debt financing round for the construction of Sopi- Tootsi, Kelme I and Tolpanvaara wind farms in Estonia, Lithuania and Finland, as well as for the construction of the Purtse solar farm in Estonia. Enefit Green has taken final investment decisions and proceeded to construction phase with six wind farms and four solar farms in Lithuania, Estonia, Poland and Finland with a total capacity of 596 MW. Upon completion of these facilities over next two years, the total electricity production capacity of Enefit Green will increase to 1,053 MW.
