Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Karlssoni lasteaed Viljandis)

AS Nordecon kontserni ettevõte Embach Ehitus OÜ ja Viljandi Linnavalitsus sõlmisid töövõtulepingu Viljandi linnas Kesk-Kaare 19 asuva Karlssoni lasteaia hoone ja territooriumi ehitustööde teostamiseks. Lepingu maksumus on 5,1 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Tööde valmimise tähtaeg on 2023.a lõpp. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Soomes, Ukrainas ja Rootsis. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni 2021. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 289 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd ligi 670 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud Nasdaq Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas. Construction contract (Karlsson kindergarten in Viljandi)

AS Nordecon group company Embach Ehitus OÜ and Viljandi Town Government signed a contract for the construction of the Karlsson kindergarten building and territory located at Kesk-Kaare 19 in the city of Viljandi. The cost of the contract is 5.1 million euros plus value added tax. The works will be completed by the end of 2023.
