Coop Pank pikendab Heikko Mäe volitusi Coop Pank AS-i juhatuses

Coop Pank AS nõukogu otsustas 19. oktoobril 2022 pikendada juhatuse liikme Heikko Mäe volitusi uueks 3-aastaseks ametiajaks alates eelneva ametiaja lõppemisest, s.o tähtajaga kuni 11.02.2026. Ühtlasi pikendati Heikko Mäe volitusi Coop Panga tütarettevõtete Coop Finants ASi, Coop Liising ASi ning Coop Kindlustusmaakler ASi nõukogude liikmena. Heikko Mäe on alates veebruarist 2020 Coop Pank ASi juhatuse liige ja riskijuht. Lisaks Coop Panga juhatuse liikmele on Heikko Mäe ka Coop Panga tütarettevõtte Coop Finants ASi, Coop Liising ASi ja Coop Kindlustusmaakler ASi nõukogu liige ning CP Varad ASi ja SIA Prana Property juhatuse liige. Heikko Mäe omab 3 000 Coop Pank ASi aktsiat ja talle on väljastatud optsioon 50 000 aktsiale realiseerimistähtajaga aastal 2023, optsioon 70 000 aktsiale realiseerimistähtajaga aastal 2024 ning optsioon 40 800 aktsiale realiseerimistähtajaga aastal 2025. Eesti kapitalil põhinev Coop Pank on üks viiest Eestis tegutsevast universaalpangast. Pangal on 139 000 igapäevapanganduse klienti. Coop Pank kasutab jaekaubanduse ja panganduse vahel tekkivat sünergiat ning toob igapäevased pangateenused inimeste kodu lähedale. Panga strateegiliseks aktsionäriks on kodumaine kaubanduskett Coop Eesti, mille müügivõrgustikku kuulub 330 kauplust. Coop Pank extends authorities of Heikko Mäe as Member of the Management Board of Coop Pank AS

On 19 October 2022, the Supervisory Board of Coop Pank AS decided to extend the term of office of Heikko Mäe, Member of the Management Board of Coop Pank AS, for a new 3-year term, i.e. from the end of the current term until 11 February 2026. At the same time, Heikko Mäe's powers as a member of the supervisory board of Coop Pank AS subsidiaries Coop Finants AS, Coop Liising AS and Coop Kindlustusmaakler AS were extended. From February 2020, Heikko Mäe is a member of the Management Board and the Head of Risk at Coop Pank AS. In addition to sitting on the management board of Coop Pank, Heikko Mäe is a member of the supervisory boards of the bank's subsidiaries Coop Finants AS, Coop Liising AS and Coop Kindlustusmaakler AS and a member of the management board of its subsidiaries CP Varad AS and SIA Prana Property. Heikko Mäe holds 3000 shares in Coop Pank AS and had been issued with the option of a further 50,000 shares with a realisation date of 2023, an option for 70,000 shares which matures in 2024 and an option for 40,800 which matures in 2025. Coop Pank, based on Estonian capital, is one of the five universal banks operating in Estonia. The number of clients using Coop Pank for their daily banking has reached 139 000. Coop Pank aims to put the synergy generated by the interaction of retail business and banking to good use and to bring everyday banking services closer to people's homes. The strategic shareholder of the bank is the domestic retail chain Coop Eesti comprising 330 stores.
