Arco Vara laiendab arendustegevust Kodulahes
Message
Arco Vara tütarettevõte Kodulahe OÜ võitis riigimaa oksjoni aadressil Lammi tänav 6 Merimetsa, Kodulahe Kvartalis. Kinnistu suurus on 14 553 m(2), kus arendatakse ligikaudu 17 000 m(2) maapealset elamu- ja ärikinnisvara (brutoehitusmaht). Projekti hinnanguline koguinvesteering on 45 miljonit eurot. 2022. aastal alustatakse krundi detailplaneeringu koostamisega. Arco Vara AS-i tegevjuht Miko Niinemäe: "Kodulahe arendus pole enam paar maja Haaberstis, vaid suuresti Arco Vara poolt arendatav elamukvartal. Kodulahe näol on tegemist on ainulaadse piirkonnaga Tallinnas, kus on meri, mets ja rand elanikel peopesal. Arco Vara is expanding its development activities in Kodulahe

A subsidiary of Arco Vara, Kodulahe OÜ, won a state land auction at Lammi street 6, Merimetsa, Kodulahe quarter. The size of the land plot is 14,553 m(2) and the expected GBA is 17,000 m(2 )above ground. The estimated investment for the project is 45 million euros. In 2022, preparing the detailed plan of the land plot will begin.
