Registration of amendments to the Articles of Association.
Message
The Management Board of FON SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 7 September 2022 the Commercial Companies Register (Ariregister) competent for Estonia's law registered a reduction in the share capital of FON SE resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 24/05/2022 . In connection with the above, the current wording of point 2.1 of the Company's Articles of Association is as follows: "2.1. The minimum amount of share capital of the Company is 187 500 (one hundred eighty-seven thousand five hundred) euros and the maximum amount of share capital is 750 000 (seven hundred fifty thousand) euros." Currently, the share capital of FON SE amounts to EUR 187 500 and is divided into 1 875 000 shares without par value with a book value of EUR 0,10 each. Attached to this report, the Issuer provides the current wording of the Articles of Association in the Estonian.
