Nordecon AS Börsiteade Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Kastanikodu elurajooni II etapp) AS Nordecon kontserni ettevõte Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brändinimi NOBE) sõlmis töövõtulepingu OÜ-ga Kastanikodud korterelamute ehitustööde teostamiseks aadressile Kastani tee 2 // 4 // 6 // 8 // 10 // Lepa tee 3 // 5, Loo alevik, Jõelähtme vald. Teises etapis rajatakse kolm korterelamut 120 korteriga. Ehitustööde algus on kavandatud augustisse 2022. Tööde maksumus on ligi 10,3 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks, ning need valmivad 2023. a sügiseks. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Nordecon AS Company Announcement Construction contract (Kastanikodu housing estate second stage) Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brand name NOBE), a Nordecon Group company entered into a contract with OÜ Kastanikodud for the construction of apartment houses located Kastani road 2 // 4 // 6 // 8 // 10 // Lepa road 3 // 5, Loo small town, Jõelähtme rural municipality. During the second stage, three apartment houses with total of 120 apartments will be built. The works will commence in August 2022. The value of the contract is close to 10.3 million euros plus value added tax and the works will be completed in autumn 2023.
