Muudatused Tallinna Sadama auditikomitees ja tasustamiskomitees
Message
ASi Tallinna Sadama 1. juulil ametisse asunud nõukogu otsustas 5. juulil 2022 toimunud koosolekul muuta auditikomitee ja tasustamiskomitee koosseisu. Auditikomiteest kutsuti tagasi Urmas Kaarlep ja Raigo Uukkivi ning uuteks auditikomitee liikmeteks määrati Tallinna Sadama nõukogu liikmed Marek Helm (auditikomitee esimees) ja Kaur Kajak. Auditikomitees jätkavad Riho Unt ja Maarika Honkonen. Tasustamiskomiteest kutsuti tagasi Aare Tark, Ahti Kuningas ja Üllar Jaaksoo ning uuteks tasustamiskomitee liikmeteks määrati Tallinna Sadama nõukogu liikmed Riho Unt, Risto Mäeots ja Ain Tatter. Tasustamiskomitees jätkab Veiko Sepp (tasustamiskomitee esimees). Tallinna Sadama nõukogu liikmete tutvustused on toodud ettevõtte kodulehel: https://www.ts.ee/juhatus-noukogu/ . Tallinna Sadamale kuulub üks Läänemere suurimaid kauba- ja reisisadamate komplekse, mida läbib aastas keskmiselt 10 miljonit reisijat ja 20 miljonit tonni kaupa. Lisaks reisijate ja kaubavedude teenindamisele tegutseb ettevõte laevanduse ärivaldkonnas läbi oma tütarettevõtete - OÜ TS Laevad korraldab parvlaevaühendust Eesti mandri ja suursaarte vahel ning OÜ TS Shipping osutab multifunktsionaalse jäämurdjaga Botnica jäämurde ja konstruktsioonilaeva teenust Eestis ja offshore projektides. Tallinna Sadama gruppi kuulub ka jäätmekäitlusega tegelev sidusettevõte AS Green Marine. Kontserni 2021. a müügitulu oli 110 miljonit eurot, korrigeeritud EBITDA 54 miljonit eurot ning kasum 26 miljonit eurot. Changes in the audit committee and remuneration committee of Tallinna Sadam

The supervisory board of AS Tallinna Sadam, which took office on 1 July, decided to change the composition of the audit committee and remuneration committee at its meeting held on 5 July 2022. Urmas Kaarlep and Raigo Uukkivi were recalled from the audit committee, and Marek Helm (chairman of the audit committee) and Kaur Kajak, members of the supervisory board of Tallinna Sadam, were appointed as new members of the audit committee. Riho Unt and Maarika Honkonen will continue in the audit committee. Aare Tark, Ahti Kuningas and Üllar Jaaksoo were recalled from the remuneration committee, and Riho Unt, Risto Mäeots and Ain Tatter, members of the supervisory board of Tallinna Sadam, were appointed as new members of the remuneration committee. Veiko Sepp (chairman of the remuneration committee) will continue in the remuneration committee.
