Parandusteade: Hepsor ASi tütarettevõte viis lõpule ärikinnisvara arendusprojekti ostutehingu Lätis

Parandatud on Hepsor ASi tütarettevõtte nimi, mis on esitatud alljärgnevalt markeeritult. Hepsor ASi tütarettevõte Hepsor Ganibu Dambis SIA sõlmis asjaõiguslepingu ja omandas 13. juunil 2022 Riia kesklinnas Ganibu Dambis 17A asuva kinnistu kogupindalaga 30 624 m(2). Võlaõigusleping kinnistu ostuks sõlmiti 28. detsembril 2021. Kokku on kinnistul 13 erineva ärifunktsiooniga hoonet kogupindalaga 11 564 m(2), millest on kehtivate rendilepingutega kaetud ligikaudu 70%. Tehingusumma on 3,6 miljonit eurot. Hepsor ASi juhatuse liige Henri Laks ütles: ?Tehtud investeering toetab meie kasvustrateegiat ja lisab netomahuna Riia linnas ligikaudu 20 500 m(2) uut äripinda, mida hakkame arendama lähtuvalt meie rohelise mõtteviisi kontseptsioonist. Plaanime kinnistule rajada erinevate võimalustega ärikompleksi, kus on esindatud nii stock-office'i tüüpi hooned kui ka eraldiseisvad kaubandus-, lao- ja kontoripinnad. Investeeringule avaldab positiivset mõju asjaolu, et olemasolevad hooned on suures osas välja üüritud, mis võimaldab meil tänases muutuvas turuolukorras valida parim moment uusarenduse esimese etapiga alustamiseks. Projekti esimese etapi valmimine on planeeritud 2024. aastal. Projekti lõplik valmimine jääb 2025. aastasse." Käesoleva aasta kolmandas kvartalis valmib Riias Ulbrokas 30 asuv stock-office, mille 3 645 m(2) üüritavast pinnast on kõik üürilepingutega kaetud. 2023. aasta teises kvartalis valmib Riias Kuldigas Parksi projekti raames kaks kortermaja, milles on kokku 116 korterit ning millega alustati 2021. aasta neljandas kvartalis (võlaõigus- ja broneerimislepinguid on sõlmitud 45 korterile). 2022. aasta teises kvartalis alustati Riias Marupes Darzsi projekti ehitamisega, mille kahes kortermajas valmib kokku 92 A-energiaklassiga korterit (võlaõigus- ja broneerimislepinguid on sõlmitud 43 korterile). Correction: Subsidiary of Hepsor AS completed the acquisition of commercial property development project in Latvia

The name of the subsidiary of Hepsor AS is corrected as reflected in bold in the following paragraph. Hepsor Ganibu Dambis SIA, a subsidiary of Hepsor AS, signed a real right contract and acquired a property of 30,624 m(2) in Ganibu Dambis 17A, City of Riga on 13 June 2022. The contract under law of obligations was signed on 28 December 2021. The property has 13 buildings of different commercial functionality and approximately 70% of its total area of 11,564 m(2) is covered by lease agreements. The price of the transaction is 3,6 million euros. Henri Laks, Member of the Management Board of Hepsor AS, said: ?This investment supports our growth strategy and adds a net of 20,500 sqm of new business space in city of Riga. The new space will be developed in accordance with our green approach. We plan to build a business complex with extensive opportunities including stock-office type of buildings but also offices, warehouses, and retail space. The existing buildings are mostly covered with lease agreements thus allowing us to choose the best moment in starting with the first phase construction in today's changing market situation. The total volume of the project is approximately 25,000 m(2), the first part of which should be completed in 2024. The completion of the whole project is expected in 2025."
