LHV UK Limitedi juhtkonna liikmeks saab Keith Butcher

Alates 1. maist 2022 saab Keith Butcherist AS LHV Groupi tütarettevõtte LHV UK Limited juhtkonna liige. Ta on teine sõltumatu juhtorgani liige, kes LHV UK Limitedi juhtkonnaga liitub. Keithist saab ka LHV UK Limitedi riskikomitee, auditikomitee, töötasukomitee ja nomineerimiskomitee liige. Keith on kogenud finantsjuht, olles oma juhtimiskarjääri jooksul töötanud mitmetel ametikohtadel rahvusvaheliselt noteeritud kiiresti kasvavates e- kaubanduse, finantstehnoloogia ja veebimaksetega tegelevates ettevõtetes. Aastal 2014 pälvis ta Grant Thornton Quoted Company Awards'i aasta finantsjuhi auhinna. Keith on praegu ettevõtte Boku Inc. finantsjuht. Ta liitus nimetatud ettevõttega 2017. aastal pärast esmast avalikku pakkumist sõltumatu juhtorgani liikmena ja auditikomitee esimehena. 2019. aastal asus ta finantsjuhi kohale. Aastatel 2010-2015 oli Keith ettevõtte PaySafe Group Plc (endine Optimal Payments Plc) finantsdirektor viieaastase suure kasvuperioodi jooksul. Ta oli ka ettevõtte DataCash Group Plc finantsdirektor kuueaastase eduka kasvuperioodi jooksul, mille tulemusena müüdi ettevõte MasterCardile. Keith lõpetas 1984. aastal Warwicki Ülikooli ja omandas majandusteaduste bakalaureusekraadi (kiitusega). Aastal 1993 liitus ta KPMG-ga, kus ta sai vannutatud audiitori kutse. Ta on Ühendkuningriigi vannutatud audiitorite instituudi liige. LHV UK juhtkonna esimees Madis Toomsalu kommenteeris Keithi ametisse nimetamist järgmiselt: "Meil on hea meel nimetada Keith LHV UK juhtkonda. Ta toob kaasa rikkaliku valdkonnakogemuse ja muljetavaldava kogemuse rahvusvaheliselt noteeritud, kiiresti kasvavate ettevõtete järgmisele tasemele viimisel. Tema kogemused juhtorganite sõltumatu liikmena ja kogemus auditikomitee esimehena on teretulnud täiendus LHV UK juhtkonnale." Keith Butcher ja temaga seotud isikud ei oma AS LHV Groupi aktsiaid. Keith Butcher to become a member of the Board of Directors of LHV UK Limited

As of 1 May 2022, Keith Butcher will become a member of the Board of Directors of LHV UK Limited, a subsidiary of AS LHV Group. He is the second Independent Non-Executive Director to join the Board of Directors of LHV UK Limited. Keith will also become a member of the Risk Committee, Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nominations Committee of LHV UK Limited. Keith is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer having held several positions during his executive career for internationally listed high growth e-commerce, fintech and online payments businesses. In 2014, he was awarded the CFO of the Year Award at Grant Thornton Quoted Company Awards. Keith is currently Chief Financial Officer for Boku Inc. He joined Boku Inc in 2017 following the IPO as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee until he assumed the role of CFO in 2019. From 2010 to 2015 Keith was CFO at PaySafe Group Plc (formerly Optimal Payments Plc) during a transformational five-year high growth period. He was also Finance Director for DataCash Group plc during a successful six-year growth period which resulted in the Company being sold to MasterCard. Keith graduated with BSc (Hons) in Management Sciences from the University of Warwick in 1984. In 1993, he joined KPMG where he qualified as a Chartered Account. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Madis Toomsalu, Chairman of the Board commented on Keith's appointment: "We are delighted to appoint Keith to the LHV UK Board.
