Kutse Tallinna Sadama 2021 12-kuu tulemuste veebiseminarile

AS Tallinna Sadam kutsub huvilisi osalema ettevõtte 2021. a IV kvartali ja 12 kuu auditeerimata majandustulemusi tutvustaval veebiseminaril 28. veebruaril 2022 kell 11.00 Eesti aja järgi (EET). Veebiseminar toimub inglise keeles Microsoft Teams platvormi vahendusel. Ettevõtte tulemusi tutvustavad ja küsimustele vastavad juhatuse esimees Valdo Kalm, finantsjuht / juhatuse liige Andrus Ait ja investorsuhete juht Marju Zirel. Tallinna Sadamale kuulub üks Läänemere suurimaid kauba- ja reisisadamate komplekse, mida läbib aastas keskmiselt 10 miljonit reisijat ja 20 miljonit tonni kaupa. Lisaks reisijate ja kaubavedude teenindamisele tegutseb ettevõte laevanduse ärivaldkonnas läbi oma tütarettevõtete - OÜ TS Laevad korraldab parvlaevaühendust Eesti mandri ja suursaarte vahel ning OÜ TS Shipping osutab multifunktsionaalse jäämurdjaga Botnica jäämurde ja konstruktsioonilaeva teenust Eestis ja offshore projektides. Tallinna Sadama gruppi kuulub ka jäätmekäitlusega tegelev sidusettevõte AS Green Marine. Kontserni 2020. a müügitulu oli 107,4 miljonit eurot, korrigeeritud EBITDA 58,4 miljonit eurot ning kasum 28,5 miljonit eurot. AS Tallinna Sadam invites all the stakeholders to join its investor conference webinar, introducing the unaudited results for Q4 and 12 months of 2021. The webinar is scheduled for 28 February 2022 at 11.00 am Estonian time (EET) and will be held in English on Microsoft Teams platform. The chairman of the Management Board Valdo Kalm, CFO Andrus Ait and head of investor relations Marju Zirel will be presenting the results and answering the questions. The questions will be answered after the presentation.
