Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Maarjamõisa meditsiinilinnaku A-korpuse rekonstrueerimine)

Nordecon AS koos tütarettevõttega Embach Ehitus OÜ ühispakkujatena ja sihtasutus Tartu Ülikooli Kliinikum sõlmisid ehituslepingu kliinikumi L. Puusepa 8 hoones asuva A-korpuse 2. - 4. korruse ehitustöödeks. Ehitustööd algavad 2022. aasta aprillis ning lõpevad 2023. aasta sügisel. Lepingu maksumus on 4,2 miljonit eurot, hinnale lisandub käibemaks. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Soomes, Ukrainas ja Rootsis. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni 2020. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 296 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd 690 inimesele. Construction contract (Maarjamõisa Medical Campus wing A reconstruction)

Nordecon AS and its subsidiary Embach Ehitus OÜ as joint bidders and Tartu University Hospital have signed a contract for the performance of reconstruction works on floors 2 to 4 of the hospital's wing A, located L. Puusepa 8, Tartu. The construction works will commence in April 2022 and will be completed in autumn 2023. The value of the contract is 4.2 million euros plus value added tax.
