Message
22.10.2021 toimunud Enefit Green AS nõukogu koosolekul otsustati moodustada auditikomitee ja valida selle liikmeteks Erkki Raasuke, Anne Sulling ja Raine Pajo. Enefit Green on üks juhtivatest ja mitmekülgsematest taastuvenergia tootjatest Läänemere piirkonnas. Ettevõttel on Eestis, Lätis, Leedus ja Poolas kokku 22 tuuleparki, 38 päikeseelektrijaama, 4 koostootmisjaama, pelletitehas ja hüdroelektrijaam. 30.06.2021 seisuga oli ettevõttel installeeritud elektri tootmise koguvõimsus 456,4 MW ning soojuse tootmise koguvõimsus 81,2 MW. 2020. majandusaasta jooksul tootis ettevõte 1350 GWh elektrienergiat ja 543 GWh soojusenergiat. Establishing of the Audit Committee of Enefit Green AS
Message
At the meeting held on 22.10.2021 the Supervisory Board of Enefit Green AS decided to establish the Audit Committee and to elect Erkki Raasuke, Anne Sulling and Raine Pajo as its members. Enefit Green is one of the leading diversified renewable energy producers in the Baltic sea area. The Company owns 22 wind farms, 38 solar power plants, 4 cogeneration plants, a pellet plant and a hydroelectric plant located in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland. As of 30 June 2021, the Group had a total installed electricity production capacity of 456.4 MW and a total installed heat production capacity of 81.2 MW. During 2020, the Company produced 1350 GWh of electricity and 543 GWh of heat.
