24. septembril 2021 sõlmisid AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv UAB Merko Statyba ning Eesti Energia kontserni kuuluv Enefit Green AS-i 100%-line tütarettevõte UAB V?jo parkai lepingu tuulepargi taristurajatiste ehituseks Akmen? rajoonis Leedus. Lepingu maksumus on üle 19 miljoni euro, millele lisandub käibemaks. Tööde valmimise tähtaeg on 2022. aasta kolmandas kvartalis. Construction contract in Lithuania (wind farm balance of plant in Akmenė)

On 24 September 2021, UAB Merko statyba, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and UAB V?jo parkai, 100% subsidiary of Enefit Green AS, part of Eesti Energia group, entered into a contract to perform the wind farm balance of plant construction works in Akmen? district in Lithuania. The contract value is more than EUR 19 million, plus value added tax. The project is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2022. UAB Merko statyba (merko.lt (http://www.merko.lt/en)) is Lithuanian construction company, which offers construction services in the fields of general construction and residential construction.
