The Management Board of RESBUD SE (registration code:14617750), with its registered office in Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Järvevana tee 9-40, 11314 Estonia informs, that audit of 2020 annual report will be completed on 31 July 2021. The reason for extending the term of publishing audited report is the need for the second auditor to complete the work, which due to the holiday break could not complete the activity within the previously indicated time. This information updates current report number 13/2021, 14/2021 and 16/2021.
