AS Nordecon kontserni ettevõte Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brändinimi NOBE) sõlmis töövõtulepingu OÜ-ga Kastanikodud korterelamute ehitustööde teostamiseks aadressile Kastani tee 2 // 4 // 6 // 8 // 10 // Lepa tee 3 // 5, Loo alevik, Jõelähtme vald. Esimeses etapis rajatakse kaks korterelamut 80 korteriga. Ehitustööde algus on kavandatud septembrisse 2021. Tööde maksumus on ligi 5,5 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks, ning need valmivad 2022. a sügiseks. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Rootsis, Soomes ja Ukrainas. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Construction contract (Kastanikodu housing estate)

Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brand name NOBE), a Nordecon Group company entered into a contract with OÜ Kastanikodud for the construction of apartment houses located Kastani road 2 // 4 // 6 // 8 // 10 // Lepa road 3 // 5, Loo small town, Jõelähtme rural municipality. During the first stage, two apartment houses with total of 80 apartments will be built. The works will commence in September 2021. The value of the contract is close to 5.5 million euros plus value added tax and the works will be completed in autumn 2022.
