Message
The Management Board of RESBUD SE (registration code:14617750), with its registered office in Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Järvevana tee 9-40, 11314 Estonia informs, that audit of 2020 annual report has not been completed. Considering that the Company has not yet received an auditor's opinion, the Management Board indicates, that it expects to receive this opinion within the next few days. However, given the delays, the opinion may be submitted by 14 June 2021. Publication will take place as soon as RESBUD SE receives it. This information updates current report number 13/2021 of May 17, 2021.
