Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Luccaranna elurajoon)

Nordecon AS kontserni kuuluv ettevõte Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brändinimi NOBE) ja Invego Gruppi kuuluv Luccaranna OÜ sõlmisid lepingu Tallinna läänepiirile mere äärde rajatava Luccaranna elurajooni projekteerimis- ja ehitustöödeks. Elamupiirkonda ehitatakse 17 kortermaja ja 11 ridaelamut kokku 238 elamuühikuga. Lepingu maksumus on 25,7 miljonit eurot, hinnale lisandub käibemaks. Projekti esimesed hooned valmivad 2022 aastal. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Rootsis, Soomes ja Ukrainas. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Construction contract (Luccaranna housing estate)

Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brand name NOBE), a Nordecon Group company entered into a contract with Luccaranna OÜ, an Invego Group company for the design and construction of Luccaranna housing estate by the sea at the western outskirts of Tallinn. During the project, 17 apartment houses and 11 terraced houses with total of 238 housing units will be built. The value of the contract is 25.7 million euros plus value added tax. The first houses will be completed in 2022.
