Change of the date of submitting the audited annual report for 2020.
Message
The Management Board of RESBUD SE (registration code:14617750), with its registered office in Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Järvevana tee 9-40, 11314 Estonia informs, that audit of 2020 annual report has not been completed. The Issuer indicated on a day of submitting 2020 annual report, that the work of the auditor is still ongoing, and to the best of the Management Board knowledge, it should be completed by 17 May 2021. Considering that the Company has not yet received opinion of the auditor, the Management board points out, that it expects to receive abovementioned opinion within the next few days. However, given the delays, the opinion may be submitted by the end of May 2021. The opinion will be made public as soon as it has been received by RESBUD SE.
