Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Tiskreoja elurajooni teine etapp)

Nordecon AS kontserni kuuluv ettevõte Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brändinimi NOBE) ja Invego Gruppi kuuluv Tiskreoja OÜ sõlmisid lepingu Tallinna läänepiirile rajatava Tiskreoja elurajooni teise etapi projekteerimis- ja ehitustöödeks. Teise etapi käigus ehitatakse 15 ridaelamut 77 korteriga ning neid teenindav taristu. Kogu lepingu maksumus on 10,6 miljonit eurot, hinnale lisandub käibemaks. Projekti esimesed viis ridaelamut valmivad veebruaris 2022. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Rootsis, Soomes ja Ukrainas. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Construction contract (Tiskreoja housing estate second phase)

Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brand name NOBE), a Nordecon Group company entered into a contract with Tiskreoja OÜ, an Invego Group company for the design and construction of the second phase of Tiskreoja housing estate at the western outskirts of Tallinn. During this phase, 15 terraced houses with 77 apartments together with the servicing infrastructure will be built. The value of the contract is 10.6 million euros plus value added tax. The first five houses will be completed in February 2022.
