Nordecon AS kontserni kuuluv Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brändinimi NOBE) ja Saku Korterid OÜ sõlmisid lepingu Saku keskusesse rajatava Uusmäe elamurajooni korterelamute ehitustöödeks. Tööde maksumus on 3,4 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks, ning need valmivad 2022. a aprillikuuks. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Rootsis, Soomes ja Ukrainas. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brand name NOBE), a Nordecon Group company, entered into a contract with Saku Korterid OÜ for the construction of apartment buildings in Uusmäe district located in the centre of Saku. The value of the contract is 3.4 million euros without VAT and the works will be completed in April 2022. Nordecon (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) is a group of construction companies whose core business is construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and infrastructures segment. Geographically the Group operates in Estonia, Sweden, Finland and Ukraine. The parent of the Group is Nordecon AS, a company registered and located in Tallinn, Estonia. The unaudited consolidated revenue of the Group in 2020 was 296 million euros. Currently Nordecon Group employs close to 710 people.
