Arco Vara tütarettevõte Arco Investeeringute AS võitis täna riigimaa oksjoni aadressil Soodi tänav 6 Merimetsa, Kodulahe Kvartalis. Kinnistu suurus on 5444 m(2), kus arendatakse kuni 6500 m(2) maapealset elamukinnisvara (brutoehitusmaht). 2021. aastal alustatakse krundi detailplaneeringu koostamisega. A subsidiary of Arco Vara, Arco Investeeringute Aktsiaselts, won a state land auction at Soodi street 6, Merimetsa, Kodulahe quarter. The size of the land plot is 5,444 m(2) and the expected GBA is 6,500 m(2 )above ground. In 2021, preparing the detailed spatial plan of the land plot will begin.
