Registration of amendments to the Articles of Association.

Message

The Management Board of FON SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 11/02/2021 the Commercial Companies Register (Ariregister) appropriate for Estonian law registered the amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 12/01/2021.

Therefore, the current wording of points 2.1 and 2.3 of the Company's Articles of Association is as follows:

"2.1.The minimum amount of share capital of the Company is 20 000 000 euros and the maximum amount of share capital is 40 000 000 euros. "

"2.3. The share capital of the Company is divided into registered shares without a nominal value. All shares of the Company are of one class and give equal rights to the shareholders, each share give one vote at the general meeting."

Attached to this report, the Issuer provides the current wording of the Company's Articles of Association in Estonian and English.

Currently, the share capital of FON SE amounts to EUR 28 875 000,00 and is divided into 52 500 000 shares without par value with a book value of EUR 0,55 per share.
