Nordecon AS teatab, et seoses eeltingimuse täitumisega, milleks on Konkurentsiameti poolse loa väljastamine (välja antud 28.12.2020.a), viidi 30.12.2020 lõpule osaluse võõrandamine sidusettevõttes OÜ Pigipada (börsiteade (https://cns.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=976393&me ssageId=1227696)). Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (https://www.globenewswire.com/Tracker?data=ggTBOiNhvCCNiVwwqMe6jUzsXZwcjyxNuogw BXiOB-B4TEmd_kjM1pJ6hvFH1X2l_vMeHvgM2awV9u4DOR1JFQ==)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Rootsis, Soomes ja Ukrainas. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Nordecon AS informs that as the Estonian Competition Authority has issued respective approval (issue date 28 December 2020), the sale of holding in related company OÜ Pigipada (announcement (https://cns.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=976393&me ssageId=1227695)) was completed on 30 December 2020. Nordecon (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) is a group of construction companies whose core business is construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and infrastructures segment. Geographically the Group operates in Estonia, Sweden, Finland and Ukraine. The parent of the Group is Nordecon AS, a company registered and located in Tallinn, Estonia. The consolidated revenue of the Group in 2019 was 234 million euros. Currently Nordecon Group employs close to 710 people. Since 18 May 2006 the company's shares have been quoted in the main list of the Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange.
