ASi Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv SIA Merks on alustanud Riias asuva Merks Mezhpils?ta korteriarendusprojekti esimese etapi ehitust, mille raames valmib 2021. aasta lõpuks kolm viiekorruselist kortermaja 117 korteriga. Aadressil Hipokr?ta tn 24 asuvate B energiaklassiga majade korterite suurused jäävad vahemikku 35-70 ruutmeetrit ja ruutmeetrihinnad vahemikkus 1750-1950 eurot. Merks Mezhpils?ta (www.merksmezpilseta.lv (http://www.merksmezpilseta.lv)) korteriarendusprojekt asub Riia ühes rohelisimas piirkonnas - Mezhciemsis, mille tõttu on see noorte perede jaoks eelistatud elukeskkond. SIA Merks, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has started the construction of the first stage of Merks Mezhpils?ta residential project in Riga. Three 5-storey buildings with 117 apartments are to be completed by the end of 2021. Energy class B residential buildings will be located at Hipokr?ta street 24. The size of the apartments ranges between 35-70 square metres and the price per square metre ranges from 1,750 to 1,950 euros.
