Registration of changes in the Articles of Association of the Company.

Message

The Management Board of INVESTMENT FRIENDS  SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that  the Commercial Companies Register (Ariregister) appropriate for Estonian law registered the amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 04/12/2020.
 As a result of this, the current wording of point 4.8 of the Company's Articles of Association is as follows:
"4.8 The shareholders may not vote prior to the general meeting as per § 2982 of the Commercial Code."
Register of commercial companies (Ariregister) relevant to the law of Estonia registered changes in accordance with Resolution No. 3 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 4/12/2020.
-To increase the share capital of the Company through bonus issue by increasing the nominal value of the shares held by the shareholders by EUR 4 860 000,00 from EUR 3 240 000,00 to EUR 8 100 000,00.
