Muudatused Coop Finants AS-i juhatuses
Message
Coop Pank AS-i tütarettevõtte Coop Finants AS-i nõukogu otsustas täna, 04.12.2020 valida Coop Finants AS-ile kaks uut juhatuse liiget, kelleks on Jörgen Jõulu ja Laura Teder. Uute juhatuse liikmete volitused algavad 07.12.2020 ja kestavad kuni 06.12.2023. Jörgen Jõulu liitus Coop Finants AS-iga 2019. aastal asudes tööle krediidiriski analüütikuna. Alates 2020. aastast on ta töötanud Coop Finants AS-i andmeanalüütikuna. Varasemalt on Jörgen Jõulu töötanud juhtide värbajana Amropi kaubamärgi all tegutsevas sihtotsingufirmas Executive Search Baltics OÜ. Jörgen Jõulu on omandanud ülikoolist Stockholm School of Economics bakalaureusekraadi majanduse ja äri erialal. Seisuga 04.12.2020 omab Jörgen Jõulu 5000 Coop Pank AS-i aktsiat. Laura Teder on varasemalt töötanud Creditstar Group AS-is turunduskoordinaatorina. Laura Teder on omandanud Tallinna Ülikooli bakalaureusekraadi meedia erialal. Seisuga 04.12.2020 ei oma Laura Teder Coop Panga AS-i aktsiaid. Eesti kapitalil põhinev Coop Pank on üks viiest Eestis tegutsevast universaalpangast. Pangal on 82 000 igapäevapanganduse klienti. Coop Pank kasutab jaekaubanduse ja panganduse vahel tekkivat sünergiat ning toob igapäevased pangateenused kodule lähemale. Today, on 4(th) December 2020, the Supervisory Board of Coop Finants AS, a subsidiary of Coop Pank AS, decided to elected Mr. Jörgen Jõulu and Ms. Laura Teder as the new Members of the Management Board of Coop Finants AS. Their term of office as a Members of the Management Board commences on 7(th) December 2020 and are effective until 6(th) December 2023. Jörgen Jõulu joined Coop Finants AS in 2019 as a credit risk analyst and since 2020, he has worked there as a data analyst. Jörgen Jõulu has previously worked as a recruiter for executives at Executive Search Baltics OÜ, which operates under the Amrop brand. Jörgen Jõulu holds a bachelor's degree in economics and business from the Stockholm School of Economics. As of 4(th )December 2020, Jörgen Jõulu owns 5,000 shares in Coop Pank AS. Laura Teder has previously worked at Creditstar Group AS as a marketing coordinator. Laura Teder holds a bachelor's degree in media from Tallinn University. As of 4(th )December 2020, Laura Teder does not own any shares in Coop Pank AS. Coop Pank, based on Estonian capital, is one of the five universal banks operating in Estonia.
