ASi Merko Ehitus nõukogu otsustas pikendada ettevõtte juhatuse esimehe Andres Trinki volitusi alates 1. jaanuarist 2021. a. järgmiseks kolmeks aastaks. ASi Merko Ehitus juhatus jätkab kaheliikmelisena: Andres Trink (esimees) ja Tõnu Toomik. The Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus decided to extend the powers of the Chairman of the Management Board of the company, Mr. Andres Trink, starting from 1 January 2021 for the next three years. The Management Board of AS Merko Ehitus will continue with two members: Mr. Andres Trink (Chairman) and Mr. Tõnu Toomik. Besides providing construction service as a main contractor, the group's other major area of activity is apartment development. As at the end of 2019, the group employed 694 people, and the group's revenue for 2019 was EUR 327 million.
