24. septembril 2020 sõlmisid AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv AS Merko Ehitus Eesti ja AS Kapiteli tütarettevõte OÜ Veeilu lepingu Nordic Hotel Forumi renoveerimiseks aadressil Viru väljak 3, Tallinn. Lepingu raames uuendatakse üldalad ning kõik hotellitoad, lisaks vahetatakse välja sisustus. Lepingu maksumus on ligikaudu 8 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Tööde valmimise tähtaeg on 2021. aasta kevadel. Construction contract in Estonia (renovation of Nordic Hotel Forum in Tallinn)

On 24 September 2020, AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and OÜ Veeilu, subsidiary of AS Kapitel, entered into a contract for the renovation of Nordic Hotel Forum located at Viru väljak 3, Tallinn. The contract includes renovation of common areas and all hotel rooms together with replacing the furniture. The contract value is approximately EUR 8 million, plus value added tax. The works are scheduled to be completed in spring 2021.
