Title
Tallink Grupp alustas ettevõtte reorganiseerimist
Message
Lähtuvalt turuolukorrast ning jätkusuutlikkuse ja konkurentsivõime säilitamiseks
on AS Tallink Grupp ("Selts") alustanud kontserni reorganiseerimist, mille
eesmärgiks on suurendada kontserni efektiivsust ja viia kulubaas vastavusse
prognoositava turismisektori taastumistsükliga.
Reorganiseerimine hõlmab riigiti erinevaid lahendusi, muude hulgas koondamisi,
osalisi töökoormusi ning laevade lipuriikide võimalikke muutusi tulenevalt
maksu- ja muudest toetuspakettidest. Kokku puudutab algatatud
reorganiseerimisprotsess kuni 2500 töötajat kõigis kontserni riikides.
Sarnaselt varem väljaöeldule on Seltsi juhatus jätkuvalt hinnangul, et kontsern
2020. majandusaastal kasumit ei teeni.
